Texas Instruments DS90UB935-Q1 FPD-Link III 2Gbps Serializers are formulated to support high-speed, space-constrained raw data sensors. These sensors include cameras, satellite RADAR, LIDAR, and Time-of-Flight (ToF). The chip offers a high-speed forward channel and ultra-low latency, a bidirectional control channel, and supports power over a single coax (PoC) or STP cable. Advanced diagnostic and data protection features, including CRC data protection, sensor data integrity check, I2C write protection, voltage and temperature measurement, programmable alarm, and line fault detection support ADAS and autonomous driving. The DS90UB935-Q1, combined with a companion deserializer, delivers precise multi-camera sensor clock and sensor synchronization. The DS90UB935-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. AECQ100 qualification includes HBM ESD Classification Level 3A and CDM ESD Classification Level C6.
