GBUx Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay GBUx Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers are single-phase rectifiers with a high surge current capability and high case dielectric strength of 1500V_RMS. These bridge rectifiers operate at 150°C maximum junction temperature (T_j). The GBUx glass passivated bridge rectifiers meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These single-phase rectifiers are Pb-free, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free. The GBUx rectifiers are ideal for PCBs and are used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for monitors, TVs, printers, switching mode power supplies, adapters, audio equipment, and home appliances.

GBU/KBU Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductor GBU/KBU Bridge Rectifiers are single-phase rectifiers with 150°C and 175°C junction temperature. These GBU/KBU rectifiers offer high surge current capability and high case dielectric strength of 1500V_RMS. The GBU/KBU bridge rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit boards. These rectifiers are space-saving and high-current-density isoCink+TM rectifiers that are available with current specifications including 45A, 30A, 25A, 20A, 15A, 12A, and 10A. Typical applications include AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for switching power supply, home applications, telecom power supply, high-efficiency desktop PC, and server SMPS.
